Performance Management

This module is perfect for any team needing to meet monthly targets (e.g. advertising, sales staff etc.).  Our software tracks the performance of the individual and compares it to their target.  Managers have access to the information of their whole team at any point in time with underperforming employees being highlighted.  Once a target has not been met, the direct manager will receive an e-mail stating information regarding the underperforming employee such as their target, what they reached and how many times they have underperformed, as well as the exact documentation required, in line with the specific HR processes of their company, on how to proceed.  From there, managers will then be prompted on tools they can use to manage the person back to success.  If nothing is done, the process will be escalated up the chain of command.  This module helps all levels of a business keep track of performance and not avoid or ignore underperformance.  It educates managers on what to do when targets are not met and guides them in having that difficult conversation, but also gives them tools on how to achieve success.
