From the outset, we challenged ourselves to do the IMPOSSIBLE. We were told that is a crazy idea and that it could not be done. Those comments did not stop us from using modern technologies to solve the age old problem. THE GOAL? To enable managers to nudge and drive work success, repeatedly so. Passionately so. Rewardly so.
Yes, it could be possible, but only if you got out of the box, took good aim and kicked the box away. We merely started again, re-imaging everything before we started on the journey of repeat success.
It was never going to be easy, and it took a while to design, construct and build, a different workplace where strategy, personal achievements, processes and manager involvement is a day-to-day reality.
Goal #1: Since working with a team is not a “one size fits all” event, (it is actually complex) give managers ALL THE TOOLS they need to succeed, without breaking the bank.
Yes, it is about work and business and profit and challenges, but can it be done in such a way that the managers are not forgotten. So much money is wasted in designing and building systems where the manager, the one you expect the leadership leverage from, is simply utterly forgotten. Impossible, too time-consuming and too costly you may say. We challenged these ideas and reversed it. “How costly and a waste of productive time it is not to do this”. And eventually, we solved it.
Goal #2: If it is about people, then also focus on the success PEOPLE are achieving in the workplace.
Yes, it is about work and business and profit and challenges, but can it be done that the achievements of the people who do the work can be given just as much prominence as the business success. Impossible, too time-consuming and too costly you may say. We challenged these ideas and reversed it. “How costly and a waste of productive time it is not to do this”. And eventually, we solved it.
Goal #3: And since performance should be rewarded, build a RAPID REWARD system, with no transactions costs, with strong manager controls.
Yes, let’s also do that, since we are busy with work. So our payment system allows for rapid payments for immediate gratification, as it should be. And then we solved it. A then we also added more value, with SUPER SAVINGS.

Goal #4: Design and build a PROCESS framework, so it is cost-effective and rapid to add a new process or workflow

Goal #5: A persistent focus on STRATEGY EXECUTION, and we mean a constant focus, over and over again.

How can we use technology to keep strategy top of mind so that the ultimate expectations are successfully met? Impossible, too time-consuming and too costly you may say.
